I loved this article and the title was so good! Thank you for posting!
I just got my first semester grades back and it was not as good as I hoped. For a day or two I started to blame external factors such as I did not like the teacher and how the teacher taught or the teacher was such a strict teacher.
By the second or third day I did some self reflection and realized I knew that college would be harder than high school but I treated it as if it would be easier than high school (my downfall). I did not organize and plan and instead crammed which could work for high school but definitely did not fly well in college. My results were a wake up call for me and made me realize if I wanted the results then I have to learn from my failure.
Hi Saanvi, thank you so much for sharing this. Trust me I empathise. Of course failure isn’t easy and not treated as kindly as success is. But so crucial for shaping us as individuals. I’m so proud of you. Please always be kind to yourself. Lots of love
Great article ! Especially how men and women perceive failure. If you think of it as a challange it brings a lot of positive outcomes, one thinks about it in a positive manner and naturally the chances of success increase. If you think of it as something you need to do, else you woul fail, bring a lot of fear 😨 and the odds of not achieving the goal increase!
Think of everything as a challange and one will never experience failure .....
A child learns to walk after falling for months...Imagine if they thought falling was a failure they would be crawling all ttheir lives.....
One falls, gets up, tries again, moves on.....
All great athletes, great companies...failed and learnt and moved forward....
